"The PTL Courses have been extremely valuable to Symphony, and we wish to run them on a regular basis. The in-house courses have been especially valuable, we operate in 40 countries and have a wide spectrum of distributors and agents. They come from different backgrounds and industry disciplines. Therefore the PTL courses have been an essential tool in providing education and backup for these people. Now we can be sure all our international colleagues are 'singing from the same hymn sheet'.

The courses for both existing and prospective customers have been equally effective. Using PTL has given a sense of credibility that a corporate exercise could not match. The events have been so  successful that a number of retailers have requested specialised 'me-only' courses for their staff members. The facilities, credibility and quality of presenters at the PTL courses are exemplary and prove a valuable educational, morale booster and sales tool for our company".
