1. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the course is suitable for its delegate’s training needs.

2. Where possible, joining instructions will be sent to the customer 30 days before the course start date.

3. Course fees include the cost of training manuals and lunch.

4. PTL will make every effort to accommodate changes in its customer’s requirements. However, the full fee will be charged if a cancellation is not received, in writing, at least 30 working days before the course start date.

5. Transferral of bookings, within a 3 working day period will be subject to an administration charge equivalent to the full course fee.
Transferral of bookings, within a 3-5 working day period will be subject to an administration charge equivalent to 75% of the course fee.
Transferral of bookings, within a 6-14 working day period will be subject to an administration charge equivalent to 50% of the course fee.
Transferral of bookings, within a 15-30 working day period will be subject to an administration charge equivalent to 25% of the course fee.

6. PTL should be advised of “special” delegate needs (e.g. disability or diet) 5 days prior to the course date.

7. VAT is payable on all charges.

8. PTL reserves the right to cancel or amend the arrangements for any course.

9. Payment is due prior to the course start date.

10. Accommodation is not provided by PTL and should be arranged directly with a local hotel. However, a detailed list of hotels offering PTL preferential discounted rates will be sent with the joining instructions.


Technical courses at Telford Centre

Delegates attending PTL courses must comply with safety procedures covered at the start of each course. PTL seeks to achieve the highest standards in health, safety and the environment and anticipates that customers and their delegates will assist us in achieving these objectives.

Delegates who do not wear appropriate clothing and footwear will not be able to participate fully in practical sessions.

Bookings will not be processed without an official purchase order number. PTL’s General Conditions apply. A copy can be supplied on request.
